Oak Barrels

A great experience will last a lifetime, but a gift from Wish may only last until Boxing Day.  That's why we're opening the doors to our thrilling, barrel-filling experience.  Some swilling and up-skilling while you learn the ropes, spin some yarns, and fill your very own oak barrel.  Fill a barrel with our Gunnrunner Moonshine, then age into a fine, bourbon-like brew.  5L, 10L and 20L options.

We've got a few options for you:

• Pre-Filled Barrels - these babies are already filled and partially aged, so you can start swilling straight away.
• Basic Fill - come to the distillery, learn a bit, fill your barrel, then take it home.  Age it for as little or as long as you like.
• Distill Fill - an awesome all-day experience where you get to run a moonshine mash through our still while yarning with the lads.   

Whatever option you choose, put the cask in your bar or man cave, and enthrall your friends with tales of the Twizel wild west.
