Gunnrunner Whiskey Sour
50ml Gunnrunner White Whiskey
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
15ml egg white
Angostura bitters
Lemon peel
Half fill a shaker with ice. Add white whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Top with 3 drops of bitters and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Rusty Sunrise
50ml Rusty Halo Gin (we recommend our Wilding variety)
50ml cranberry juice
10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
30ml honey syrup (1:1 honey/water)
15ml egg white
Half fill a shaker with ice. Add gin, cranberry juice, lime juice, honey syrup and egg white. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.
